1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the brennansyuma.com website or by engaging Brennan's Powerwash & Handyman ("Company," "we," "us," "Chris") to perform any service, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all website visitors, quote requests, and service engagements. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or request services.

2. Services Provided

Brennan's Powerwash & Handyman provides the following services in Yuma County, Arizona:

• Residential and commercial power/pressure washing (driveways, exteriors, patios, fences, block walls)
• RV and fleet washing
• Handyman repairs (drywall, doors, caulking, fixtures, minor plumbing, painting)
• Fence and deck restoration
• General landscaping maintenance
• Interior and exterior painting

All services are performed by or under the direct supervision of Chris Brennan. Brennan's is City of Yuma licensed and BBB A+ accredited. Services are available within Yuma County, including Yuma, Fortuna Foothills, San Luis, Somerton, Wellton, and Winterhaven.

3. Estimates & Payment

In-person estimates: Brennan's provides free in-person estimates before any work begins. The quoted price is a firm quote — that is the price you pay, not an approximation.

Payment terms: Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. We do not require upfront deposits for residential jobs.

Additional work: If you request additional work beyond the original scope during a service visit, Chris will provide a verbal or written price before proceeding. You will only be charged for what you approve.

Pricing: Indicative pricing shown on our website (driveways from $79, RV wash from $99, etc.) is a starting range and not a guaranteed price. Final pricing depends on size, condition, and access. Your in-person quote is the binding price.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

Scheduling: Service appointments are confirmed by phone or text. We make every reasonable effort to honor scheduled times. If we are delayed due to weather or a prior job running long, we will notify you promptly.

Weather: Power washing services may need to be rescheduled due to rain, high wind, or extreme heat. We will contact you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at any time with no penalty. We only ask for as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

No-shows: If we arrive at a scheduled appointment and cannot access the property or reach you, we will attempt to contact you and may need to reschedule.

5. Property Access & Preparation

By scheduling a service, you confirm that you are the property owner or have authorization from the owner to engage services at the property.

For exterior work (power washing, fence, deck):

• Please ensure gate access is available and any vehicles are moved from work areas
• Close all windows and doors before power washing begins
• Remove or secure fragile outdoor items (plants, furniture, decor) from work zones
• You do not need to be home for exterior-only work

For interior handyman work: An adult (18+) must be present at the property for the duration of the work.

Brennan's is not responsible for damage to items left in work areas that were not disclosed or removed prior to service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every job. If you are not satisfied with the results, call Chris at (928) 446-0252 within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Our guarantee covers the quality of work as performed. It does not cover pre-existing conditions (stains that cannot be removed by pressure washing, paint that was already peeling, etc.) that were disclosed or visible at the time of the in-person estimate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brennan's Powerwash & Handyman is fully insured. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work in good faith to repair or compensate for the damage.

Our liability for any single job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We are not liable for:

• Damage to items not disclosed or removed from work areas
• Pre-existing structural, paint, or surface conditions
• Delays caused by weather, acts of God, or circumstances outside our control
• Third-party services referenced on our website

This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of pricing, availability, or any information on the site.

8. Website Use

You may use brennansyuma.com for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through any contact form
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law

All content on this website — including text, photos, and design — is the property of Brennan's Powerwash & Handyman or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services performed will be resolved in Yuma County, Arizona.
