Everything people ask Chris before they call — pricing, scheduling, the desert, and how the whole thing works.

/ Pricing & Estimates

Driveways start around $79–$149. Full home exterior from $149 up to $399. RV washes from $99. I come to your property, look at the job, and give you a real number on the spot. Free to find out.

Handyman work starts at $75/hr. Most single-item jobs land in the $75–$200 range. I give you a straight quote before I start anything. No surprises on the invoice.

Yes. I come out, look at the job, and give you a number. If you decide not to move forward, you owe nothing.

Sometimes, yes — but I'll tell you that before I start. I look at the surface, factor that in, and give you an honest quote upfront.

Informally, yes. When I'm already at your property doing a wash, adding a repair is more efficient and that usually shows up in the quote. Fleet discounts available for 3+ vehicles.

/ Scheduling

Call before noon and most of the time I can be there the same afternoon. If same day doesn't work, I'll be there the next morning.

Saturdays yes — available 8am to 4pm. Sundays by appointment only.

Yes. I can be there at 5am if needed — your parking lot is clean before your first customer arrives. Just let me know your opening time.

For exterior work — driveways, home exterior, fences — you don't need to be home. Just leave the spigot accessible. For interior handyman work, someone needs to be present.

If weather makes the job impractical, I'll call you that morning and we'll reschedule within a day or two. I contact you, not the other way around.

/ Services

Drywall holes, sticky doors, fixture swaps, caulking, cabinet repairs, minor plumbing, interior and exterior painting, fence restoration, deck work. If I show up and it's out of my lane, I'll tell you before touching anything.

That's our best kind of call. We show up, do the wash, do the repairs, clean up, and leave. One visit, one invoice — and almost always less than two separate jobs would cost.

Yes — Class A, B, and C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth-wheels, and toy haulers. Bug splatter, mineral deposits, oxidation removal, slide-outs, awnings — all covered. Starting from $99.

Yes. I use a lower-pressure soft wash method safe for stucco, which removes mold, algae, and desert grime without cracking the surface. It's one of the most common jobs we do in Yuma.

Most of the time, yes. Fresh oil stains respond very well. Old, baked-in stains are tougher but I'll always tell you upfront what's realistic before starting.

Interior rooms and exterior stucco. Full prep — scrape, prime, caulk — before any paint. Desert-grade UV-resistant coatings. Interior rooms from $149. Work is warranted.

/ Yuma & The Desert

Yuma's Colorado River water has some of the highest mineral content in the country. Every watering deposits minerals on concrete, then 110-degree heat bakes them in deeper. You need real pressure and the right chemistry to lift it out.

In extreme heat I schedule early morning to avoid water drying too fast on hot surfaces. October through April is peak season and the easiest time to work.

Right after monsoon season — September and October — is ideal. Haboobs deposit a year's worth of dust, and that's when snowbirds start arriving. Spring (February–April) is the second-best window.

Yes. After storms I handle broken weatherstripping, drywall water damage, cracked caulking, and minor fence damage. Call me after a storm for an on-the-spot assessment.

/ Working With Chris

You call, I answer. We talk for two minutes. I come to your property and give you a number on the spot. You decide. I show up on time, do the work, clean up, and you inspect before I leave.

You deal with Chris start to finish — the same person who answers the phone comes to estimate the job, does the work, and follows up. No middlemen.

You inspect the work before I leave. If something isn't right, I fix it on the spot. If an issue comes up after, call me and I'll come back. My reputation in Yuma is the only thing that keeps the phone ringing.

Yes — City of Yuma licensed and BBB A+ rated. The license means real accountability and the BBB rating means an independent third party confirms I've earned that score with real customers.

Chris has been doing this work for over twenty years, starting with a truck and a pressure washer. Yuma is a small town — your reputation either grows or it doesn't. Ours has grown.
